Support staff are racist! Dr. Brofsky does not see that as a problem. I would not go there again! If you are non-white stay away!.
The following is TRUE!! I had 2 root canals. You can imagine the pain. However, during the 2 procedures, I FELL ASLEEP!! (Read that again.) Is there higher praise for a dentist?? Dr. Brofsky is caring, gentle, and very patient!! On site parking, a comfortable office and a very kind staff, make Dr. Brofsky your first choice for dental work!!.
He is too anxious to talk you into things that are expensive that you don't need..
The orthodonitst at this location is very short tempered. He is always running late. My daughter has had her braces on for 4 years and he has never been on time as long as she has had them on. We have been there up to 3 hours before, but the usual waiting time is about a hour and a half. I do not recommend this orthodontist unless you have the whole day to spare..
This orthodontist is absolutely horrible. Everytime I have come I have waited for over two hours before I have been seen. And the orthodontist is a grump. I would never reccomend it to anyone..
They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time..
