I have gone to this dentist office for three years and not once has the actual dentist himself/herself introduced themselves to me. Only my children have received treatment here, but common courtesy would be to introduce yourself to the children's parent(s). Never once has any dental hygienist explained any procedures or cleaning practices, etc. . . Now with the receptionist desk, only utter disregard and disrespect can you ever receive here. I'd highly recommend seeking a place with more professionalism and regard for their patients..
Wouldn't go anywhere else!.
