really bad experience. On my visit I paid $380 with my credit card. Now I am receiving bills that I owed $254.40 and that my insurance paid $105. I contacted my insurance and they informed me that Coast Dental office and staff never submitted a claim. I had visited and called them multiples and the new office manager Deandra saw my payment in the system and was very positive that she was going to submit the claim and remove the charges, but she never did. I visited them again on 5/3/22 , this time they gave me corporate number which no one answered and you need to leave a message but no one never called. Coast Dental are very unprofessional and to me, they are not trustful to their customer. They charged me, I paid for the service, never submit the claim to the insurance. Fraud. Bad service. ZERO STAR -- I am going to file a claim to Georgia Professional Licensure, Georgia Board of Dentistry, BBB and any and/all the institution until they do the right thing for me and others customers..

He explained everything he was doing as he did my root canal. He is very attentive. My root canal was done fairly quickly and with precision. His assistant was also accommodating to my needs. She explained everything so I could understand. She and the Dr were kind and gentle. I appreciate them taking care of my pain!.
I had a tricky root canal issue and was sent to an Endodontist. I hate sitting in dentist's chairs. I get such bad anxiety. I can't believe how calm I was with Dr. Williams at Desert Endodontics. I was floored with his gentleness, kindness and knowledge. He got me in the same day to do the root canal and didn't blink an eye. I was so comfortable during the procedure and he was so professional. I am fortunate to have gone to him. I highly recommend his service. I was very impressed to day..
