By the age of 55 it is safe to say that I have been to several dentists in my lifetime. My visits to Dr. Rencher's office have been fabulous - if you have to go to the dentist. The appointments are punctual. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The office is clean and bright and cheery.But, best of all, Dr. Rencher is a Pro. He knows what he's talking about and has a very gentle and practical approach to treatment. The products he offers are state of the art. Patient comfort is held in the highest priority. I had a very old filling with some additional decay beneath. The drilling was extensive. Therefore, I would be needing a fairly good shot of novacaine, which I dislike enormously. Not only did I not feel a thing when the injection was being administered but he did not numb the entire side of my face.I did not feel any of the drilling or scraping, etc. , and when I left teh office I felt normal - not numb or sore or anthing else. I was truly impressed, not to mention relieved and happy..
