I was asked what I was there for and they should know. Also greeted in Spanish when I'm clearly white. I was also told my insurance would cover the services given, then I was billed a three thousand dollar bill! I'm on welfare, single mom, with disabled fianc�©. Don't know how that bill is going to be paid???? .
Took more than an hour to be taken into a room then waited another 45 min there without being seen , when asked if I was almost up they said there were 2 more patients so it would be another 30 min. The staff was nice but the wait was ridiculous. Get more doctors or schedule less patients . Simple. Trying a new place..
Absolute worst dental visit. Very uninformed employees. Did not preform a compete teeth cleaning and to top it off the Dr. could not even speek ENGLISH. Had to have a translator after sitting I'm my room for an hour and twenty seven minutes. Shouldn't be allowed to practice in the states of you can't speak our language..
