This facility and practitioner were highly disappointing when it came to communication and procedural ethics in regards to informing patients of their options, treatment plans, and proper billing practices. Duplicate claims billed, improper charges to SNP members up front, refusing reimbursement to members after billing insurance. Coupled with the fact that the dental work completed was not conducted properly, patient is still in pain and a new treatment facility for endodontistry and oral surgery is now needed for rectification of the original issue..
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I visited another dental office and they informed me that I had 11 cavities. And was quickly given a payment plan to take care of them. I thought this was crazy as I take good care of my teeth. I wanted to get another opinion just to make sure. So I visited Dr. Pena Dentistry and she took X-rays and went thru them and only found 3. . She saved my teeth from all the unnecessary drilling and took care of the cavities along with a cleaning. She is very good with her workmanship. I felt NO PAIN or discomfort at all. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The office was clean and very pleasant. All staff were wearing mask and took covid safety precaution which made me feel safe! I am a customer for life! Highly recommend..

Sorry Dr. Said can't give you 5 stars because that would mean I enjoyed the visit!! :) But for a crown prep visit I was very pleased, afterwards! I was very nervous but really had no reason because you were very patient with me. Yes I would recommend Dr. Said and of course Keri for cleanings to everyone..
