Good afternoon, for the first time I visited the Broward Mall Dental clinic with my husband on 18/04/2023 and were not pleasantly surprised. We were sent from another clinic to have our teeth removed. At the reception, we were given a questionnaire to fill out, since we were in the clinic for the first time. Before X-rays were taken, I told the clinic worker that X-rays had already been done in another clinic and asked if they could use this information. The employee said that the information is not transmitted and the pictures still need to be taken. After which I asked if insurance covers it and the answer was that it should cover. As a result, we paid 50 dollars each, and only after we were told that if we are served in another clinic, then the insurance does not cover and we must pay. We were outraged because we believe that this information should be discussed with the client before the examination. We paid. Leaving the clinic, I forgot to return the pen, when I returned to the clinic, in order to return the pen, the clinic worker threw this pen in my back. I believe that no matter what questions the client asks, employees should behave with restraint. I hope other new customers have better luck..

Stay away if you are going to see Dr. Trevor Weathers, DDS at this location. Takes your money and then tells you he does not accept your insurance. Is not upfront. He was paid, but refused to send his evaluation report. Rip Off location.
