Horrible..waited 45 minutes, assistant thought she was the dentist extremely rude. Rushed through procedure to leave. .
Dr Santos and her staff are so great and have been so good to me. They've done a great job so far with my dental work and needs. They are always accommodating and consistently share any information that I want or need with me, including always providing with full costs (if any) for anything that I want or need to have done. There are never any surprises and the experiences with her and her staff have been great. I would recommend that (and have) to any of my friends and family..
i have been dialing this number for 15 minutes....no one answers....what about *OPEN TILL 5*????.
There are some genuinely nice employees here and a couple rude/lazy ones. While a few seem to go out of their way for you, have a smile on their face and do what they can to help while being friendly I have also dealt with some who act like I am a terrible person for "making" them have to do their job. This includes snatching items out of my hands instead of asking for it, rolling their eyes, cutting me off while speaking and unwilling to do that little extra that would make my entire day better. I will be avoiding the USPS from now on when it comes to parcels, I'd much rather spend the dollar or two more on one of the other services when I have the choice than deal with someones bad attitude..
Refused to give me silver fillings. He just insisted that he "doesn't do silver". The white ones are thirty dollars extra per tooth. I wonder if that has anything to do with it? He also only wore gloves for part of my work. On a positive note, he did tell me I was "an awesome patient"..
