Highly recommend. My family and I have been w her for years..
Went for a cleaning, hygienist was distant. Spoke to her for all of 2 minutes where she checked my mouth and said I need to get a root canal done. She then spoke with the hygienist and walked away. Receptionist asked me if the doctor talked to me about getting my wisdom teeth removed and I said she didn't even talk to me. Dental visits are already nerve racking and having a dentist act like she doesn't care makes it worse..
No initial consultation with Dr. as to what work was to be done after x-rays. Hygienist cleaning was brutal. She was since 'dismissed'. Second procedure (cavities/fillings replaced), No opportunity to rinse my mouth even once. After my visit I headed to the restroom with much residual blood. Disgusting. I noticing a white raised lump on my lip. Dr. said put some lipstick on it! Dr. seems more interested in the business end of dentistry than being personable. Very unprofessional experience..
Big fan of this office. Especially Janice Choi DDS. Very caring and professional. I drive out of my way a 1/2 hour for such excellent service..
I love Pitman dental the best dentist's I've ever been to. The staff is amazingly friendly feels like family when I go in. I highly recommend these Dentist's gentle and very professional.
The entire staff was so fabulous. I was so nervous going in and now I'm not even upset that I have a follow up in 2 weeks. I feel like a new lady! Thanks so much for making my experience so pleasant..
