The staff and Dentist (working for Dr. Baldwin) while she is on leave were thorough and competent. I really trust their expertise advice. My only complaint is for being scolded four times by the assistant for missing my 6 month check up and scheduling it for 10 months instead. I even told her my daughter was in the hospital and has been sick, and she still didn't drop it. A friendly reminder is one thing, but i don't need to be shamed and reminded 3 other times..

First off....I've had a lifelong aversion to dentists. My tooth broke, and with my insurance running out fast, I called. They shifted their schedule, met with me quickly, provided the best cost-saving solution while maintaining the highest quality possible. For me the results were excellent..
Dr. Martenson is wonderful! She always is cheeful while checking in at cleanings. When she fixed a chipped tooth, she was very gentle. Martenson explained every step of the procedure before she did it. She followed up that night by calling me at home! What a great dentist! Front desk is always helpful with insurance/billing. Dr Martenson has a great personality and lots of skill. The facility and staff are friendly and efficient. There was no pain at all. My work isn't complete yet, but I'm satisfied so far. She re-did my friend's entire mouth with veneers and major gum work and the work is beautiful. Highly recommended..
