Dr. Banich and everyone in his office are very friendly and helpful! They had called and confirmed my benefits before my first appointment which was extremely helpful in determining what my portion was going to be for the purposed treatments. They always call the day before to confirm appointments and did not ask for any payment upfront at the time of service. When I had an emergency, they were happy to work me into the schedule and provided excellent referral for the treatment that would need to be done at another office due to the situation. I recommend Dr. Banich to all my friends and family!.
