If you want to waste half a day sitting in a waiting room, schedule an appointment with Bonita Richter. Average wait time is over 30 minutes because they are always running late. Always. Doesn't matter if you are first appointment. You will have to wait! Staff do not care. They would rather nap then greet you. Apparently the dentist does not care if patients wait either. I guess she is ok if she loses good clients. .
