After searching for a dentist online, I am extremely happy that I went with Dr. Jimenez-Marquez! He was very thorough in my exam, and spent time to go over my X-Rays with me, explaining every detail as we went. He suggested a few products to me and pulled up explanations on the screen in front of me so that I could fully understand everything. I felt very comfortable the whole time, and I honestly feel that he is genuine and cares about his patients. I definitely recommend him!.
Dishonest staff/dentist. He is located at Reflection Dental where I'd been going for 8 years. The previous dentist sold that practice to a larger corporation, where this dentist works. I was told specifically it'd be a biennial dental cleaning and my insurance (United Healthcare) would cover the visit. Well, it did not. He's not in the network, and his practice charged for plaque removal separately, resulting in $148 for my portion of the bill after insurance paid $203. Deceptive. .
