Office was clean and appointment made promptly. Helpful office staff. He, on the other hand, was very strange. I jokingly asked him if he could fix my tooth and he became suddenly angry that I "dare" to question his ability. After scheduling an appointment for treatment he had his staff call me back and say that I was, "Not a good fit," and he refused to do my treatment. Thank goodness he did because after that I read other reviews about how he treats patients during treatment (obvious anger issues)..
I went in for a check-up five years ago with no apparent problems. He found a crown he thought should be replaced. He messed up the crown replacement and I had pain from day one. Getting back in to see him to correct the problem was tedious and lengthy and resulted only in a lot more cost and no improvement. He then washed his hands and sent me to an orthodontist. After five years of problems, I'm getting the tooth pulled next week..
I love Dr.Springe. Always a great experience =) The staff as well as Dr. Springe always have me walking out with a great big smile..
