My family and I have been going to Dr Burch for over ten years. His work is excellent. He and his staff are very caring. Always a great experience! I wouldn’t go anywhere else..
If I was a new customer coming to see Dr Burch, my advise is to see his credentials first. I had a tooth that he filed down a little bit for me and apparently he went through the enamel. Its an Eye tooth. I thought dentists were suppose to protect the enamel on your teeth. Now the tooth is chipping down day after day..
Dr. David Burch is great but his billing specialist is terrible. They had a staff change in 2012, the person who is responsible from billing quit and everything got out of control and 6 months later they sent me a new bill for $500. I keep receiving a bill since 2012 for a treatment I paid for. They sent my husband's treatment details and bill to my name. Lisa is the billing person now and she is very rude, and provides terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor,stay away from this business.
So far they’ve been great! Was there yesterday as new patient. Got full evaluation, everyone was awesome. Going back today to get some work done..
