Love the dentist but he has a women that cleans your teeth and she is awful , was hurting me and told me that it was a faster way with that machine that was like a little sander had to stop her and then she started doing a bad fast job.
This Dental practice was very unethical. My family felt like we were told many fabrications. We felt like their main concern was collecting from our insurance, as well as from us. Very unprofessional practice. Looking for the cash, and forgetting about us, the patient. It is like "hard selling", pressuring us to make appointments. I had a very bad experience on just a regular cleaning..
I would recommend him for his honesty, integrity and work excellence..
I woke one morning 2 weeks ago with excruciating tooth pain in the back of my mouth and was told to come in and they would squeeze me in.. I was in such agony, I could not control my shaking and crying or the despair I was feeling when I got to the office with my husband..Shannon, the office rep came over to me and said that If I did not stop crying, she would tell me to leave the office and wait out in the hall.!!!! Thank God Dr. Willoughby heard the commotion in the back offices.and came out. The second he saw me , he gently helped me walk into an office with my husband helping me to walk me as well and. I painfully opened my mouth for an x-ray... I knew exactly which tooth it was... how could one not? My tooth had a severe infection as well as the gum. Dr Willoughby and my husband gently helped me walk down the hall to Dr. Travis Thompson, a brilliant empathetic caring oral surgeon.!!! We decided together that it was best to pull the tooth. I had to be put to sleep.. I was in bed on narcotics for almost two weeks and could only sip liquids .. How in the world would such a decent man such as Dr. Rosenberg have someone like Shannon represent his practice??? She actually sent me be a bill for an x-Ray and oral exam.. I could not even open my mouth, the pain was so great so of course I did not have an oral exam. I paid the entire bill just to be done with her.Just the nature of Shannon’s inexcusable mean , disgusting treatment of me still makes me shudder....My family has beef seeing Dr Rosenberg for 20 years and just knew he would be horrified at the way I was treated. There were at least 6 people who witnessed this behavior...My husband called the office twice since this awful experience and asked Dr. Rosenberg to please call him..!! he never called so we wrote a letter to the office to have Dr Rosenberg call which he NEVER did.!!!! Dr Travis, the oral surgeon had four phone calls made to my husband to see how I was doing after the surgery. And for several days after!! We are obviously leaving Dr Rosenberg . What has had happened to your practice Dr Rosenberg? How could you have an uncaring inept person be your choice of person to represent your office.? She will do this again if she could so easily do it to me. This review was the worst star it could be, but it is a special star just for Shannon. Both Dr Rosenberg and Dr. Willoughby are both 5 stat dentists, but they will never see me walk thru those office doors again. I am so sorry to have had to write this review. ButHow could I not??? Dr. Benson and his staff are always very friendly and prompt. It is obvious from the minute you enter the office that they care. Dr. Benson takes the time with you to ensure you understand all your options and that you make informed decisions. He is very knowledgable, experienced and kind. He strives to make sure you are comfortable and not in any pain. His office is clean --with beautiful views and movies if you want to watch!.
