Terrible service.
Dr. Jung was excellent. Very caring, kind and professional. The receptionist and staff were kind and very responsive to my inquiry. My dad visited first and we were happy with her treatment. Now all our family members go to Dr. Jung for the treatment! Highly recommended..
The receptionist is very unkind and the doctor jsut looked at the Xray and didn't even look at my teeth and told me that I needed to do the deep cleaning. I told her that I have food allergy problem, but she didn't listen to me. Insurance denied because of no medical history, then I asked if the doctor can do the regular scaling and the receptionist refused. I tried to go other doctor but they told me to come after 6 month to get covered by insurance. So I called them again to get the regular scaling and the receptionist told me to find another doctor who can fit me well..
Worst place ever! they will rob your money! I will never go back here again.
I think Rodeo Dental is good because, the doctors are very king and are pleasant to be in a room with. The tvs also help to make the appointment not so scary and it makes me less worried..
I love this place I drive all the way from the other side of town to take my children to this dental place because everyone is so loving and caring when it comes to my children like they are they own. So I won't go anywhere else:).
