He was the most unfriendly dentist I have ever had the unpleasant experience of interacting with. He took all of 10 minutes and maybe said one complete sentence to me. His dental assistant interacted with me more than he did and she was 10 times as friendly!!.
I would NOT recommend this dentist. When I showed up for the appt, I was asked to sign a form saying that they gave me a copy of their privacy policy. They did not give me a copy and when I asked for a copy so I could review it, Dr. Thornell responded by saying that perhaps this was not the office for me. I would have left except that I drove over 30 miles for the dental appt so I went ahead with the appt. Dr. Thornell was inconsiderate and I will never see him again..
Dr thornell is inpatient and sloppy. I've never had a cavity but decided to have a checkup (once a year)when suddenly I had 6 cavities. OK it's unlikely because I had been to a different dentist 9 months prior who found nothing. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was more concerned with my teeth than his next boat payment. He repaired all six in two appointments and one filling FELL out and two others still hurt although he could charge me again to fix them. That's insulting!.
Dr Campbell has cared for my wife and I for many years. His staff is very attentive and helpful, and they always welcome us to the office by name!.
