Dr. Wall has always been very professional and goes out of his way to treat his patients in a fair and considerate manner..
I had a 10am appt. The assistant came to the waiting room & said it would be 10:30 before I could be,seen.So I waited another 30 minutes. The assistant ,came back out to the,waiting room,& said it would be another 30 to 45 minutes before Dr.Wall could see me. I was,so upset at this point,I left, with NO APOLOGY from Dr..Wall for the long wait.I had,another appt.that day,,& had to cancel!! I will never go back to this very DISRESPECTFUL, Dentist!!.
I wouldn't recommend Dr. Wall to ANYONE!!!.During a recent visit to his office ,he had his assistant to come out in the waiting room, and and tell us that he was running behind.,and our 10 o'clock appt.would be another 30 mins before he could see my wife.We stayed,and after 45 more minutes, the assistant came back out to the waiting room,& told us it would be another 45 minutes.He didn't even have RESPECT enough to come out & tell us himself ! Will not be going back EVER!!.
I'm also very surprised by all those negative reviews but I suppose when a business has a great amount of customers there will be some that feel they received less courtesy than they expected. I really enjoyed my visits to Aspen Dental so far, I'm having a great deal of work done which is not cheap even with my insurance. I love Mrs. JJ their dental hygienist, she is very knowledgeable and funny ! Yes, the toothbrush costs$135 but if you ever bought a similar product at Walmart you know that those brushes are that expensive and I would recommend an electric toothbrush to anyone. Front desk is pretty nice but I had my days were I had to realize that sometimes I had to check my own attitude. ???? I had bad experiences with dentists in my childhood, and I think I almost broke one of the assistants hand while getting a shot but everyone was very nice and thoughtful plus the dentist is great. So all in all a very good experience, I hope it stays that way if not I will surely let you guys know bad I don't anticipate any problems that can't be fixed..
