I went there for my regular checkup. The facility was very dirty and old. The equipment were outdated and looked rusty and worn-down. I went to Dr. Roma because I saw that he went to Columbia Dental School. However, he did not have a hygienist to even clean my teeth. Now I have a cavity that I need to get fixed. He is ONLY about getting money from his customers. .
I am a regional truck driver with a very unpredictable schedule. I gave Dr. Roma a call for an infected tooth and he was able to see me the next day as a courtesy. I am very thankful for dentists like this. He was able to extract my tooth, gave me proper instructions to care for the area of the extracted tooth, and sent me on my way, pain free. Thank you Dr. Roma :-).
