Finding a Dentist like Dr. Bill Norton is the best thing to occur in my adult life! Not only is he a true professional at his craft, but a down to earth good person. He listened to all of my concerns, I never felt rushed and he addressed all my dental work without pain or discomfort. Highly recommend Dr. Norton at the Otisville location. Poorly run office, dentists care only about how much $$$$ they make and not their patients or staff from what I've seen. Been a long time patient due to a great hygienist (who was there 20 yrs) but recently found out she was let go while she was out on a short medical leave from a broken vertebra in her back. They've now lost mine as well as my families business. Very unclassy and unprofessional..
This dental office is very nice. All of the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. They have always been able to schedule me with no problems and they get you in really quickly. I personally go to Dr. Smith and I've seen Dr. Ferguson as well and both are top notch. I recommend them to everyone. Their prices are great and the office is very very clean!.
