awful. Went in for much needed check up & knew I needed work done. Explained I had tooth missing but wanted implant there. He went on to attempt to convince me a bridge would be better & LESS costly. I stuck with wanting an implant (which he does not do) Lo & behold, the price list was given to me, and there was the cost of the bridge----more costly than the implant estimate I had already received. So, obviously felt he was out for the $, and certainly had no trust in him at that point. .
This was my dentist office for a long time (insurance changed) and we loved Dr. Bob before he left..
I would recommend Dr. Kendrick's office to everyone! They are using the newest technology in dental care, and are very caring & compassionate! The girls start calming your fears the moment you walk through the door, and you know you're in great hands. I've been to see Dr. Kendrick for everything from wisdom teeth extraction to fillings and crowns, and I've never had a bad experience! Patient care is their primary concern. Requested some patchwork on bad teeth was very impressed when Kendrick went beyond my expectations and fixed chipped teeth as well. Very great experience highly recommend this office!.
