Dr. Poidmore and his staff are absolutely wonderful. We have been going to his office for over 2 years. They are all so friendly and make you feel like family. My daughter had braces for 2 years and my son had phase one for 1 year. They both recently got their braces off and their teeth are perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Poidmore for any orthodontic needs..

The receptionist was kind but seemed nervous to discuss why I had to wait so long. I was scheduled for 11 am and by 11:50 am I still had not been seen and in fact another patient came in at 11:30 am and was called in around 11:45 am. I tried to discuss with the staff and doctor and aside from the receptionist they were all rude and kept referring to my having Medical Insurance as the reason. I have never been treated with such rudeness and especially Dr. Price! I left and will not return!.

I was referred to Dr. Poidmore by a friend when I mentioned I wanted to see about getting braces. I had looked a 'cheaper' places but liked Dr. Poidmore and his staff from the moment I walked in the door! They took the time to anwser all and any questions, explained the options and the proceedurs being done. Everytime I went to the office everyone knew my name - just like Norm! :-) I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Poidmore to anyone asking about braces. You might go to someone who says they can give you the same results at a cheaper price but you get what you pay for and you will not get the service or results that you do by going here. Thank you to all for everything you helped my achieve goal!.
My son is currently a patient of Dr. Poidmore's... my daughter is a previous patient of Dr. Gere's... three of my younger brothers were patients of Dr. Gere's years ago... and we have referred several friends & family members over the years. This orthodontist office is a long-standing part of the Orangevale Community for a reason! They know what they are doing & they do it with a smile! From the knowledgable & talented doctors and technicians to the friendly & helpful staff - it has always been a pleasure to deal with them and I know we are in good hands! *Highly Recommended*.
