Doctors I've had have been very good. At Olivehurst and Yuba City. Staff could be a little more helpful in some situations..
Most of the office staff is very nice and try their best to get appointments at your desired times. However the doctors there aren't exactly hands on. Dr. Vanderburg and Dr. Alamshahi just want to write prescriptions and not any actual examinations. My boyfriend, my 15 year old son, and I all seen Dr. A, and never once were we ever examined. Even when my son was obviously ill. Didn't check his breathing even after I told him he has asthma. On another occasion, I attempted to see Jeff the "counselor", what a joke. Totally closed off from the get go. Arms folded across his chest, his legs extended and crossed at the ankles. Then proceeded to ask me "why its taken this many years to get help?" in a condescending tone, as if to imply I am lying. It's people like Jeff who have kept me from seeking the help I need. He just isn't very qualified for the position, if he is that close minded. I am taking my family and I somewhere else. They can have great office staff, but that isn't going to make the doctors better..
If this is the same dentist that did my examine over two years ago....well I'd rather not have her again. As she drilling on my teeth she and the dental hygienist were in deep conversation about everything but my teeth. I perfer not not have her work on my mouth when I go in on Tuesday..
I really like my Dr. Get in and out in no time if you think about it You can't keep all the people happy all the time.Lots of parking Just be on time?????.
