The staff is excellent. They made me comfortable when I was there and I was in and out quickly..
t first they appear family friendly, then the dishonesty sets in. You are quoted one price - including insurance coverage - then get a bill for unexpected charges. Even after a cleaning, which is 100% covered according to my dental plan - yet I am billed $75. Dawn at the front desk is rude and incompetent. I am done with Old Greenwich Dental and will tell all friends and colleagues in the area to avoid.
Dr. Busch is not nice to children, although most of the other employees are fine..
The office is modern and up to date and the staff really made me feel welcome there. Dr. Busch took the time to listen to my concens about the tooth that was in pain. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family..
I have been coming here for YEARS and have recommended them to family and friends. AWESOME and friendly staff who treat you like theyve known you for years and always makes for a good experience, even for going to the dentist. They treat you well, and make sure to do everything to keep your pain ( if any) at a minimum. AWESOME DENTAL OFFICE!!.
I used to hate dentists!!! I was sweating before every appointment. They did some thing very painful to me when I was young and since I had that stress and fear. I was young visiting my sister in old greenwich when I met dr Busch (emergency visit). I told him how I felt and he treated me like a child. First he numb the area with cream then he put the light in my eyes (so I can not see the syringe) and inject the pain killer. I have not feel the sting cause I was numb already. Then he quickly extract the broken tooth with one swing. I was still wet from sweat but didn't feel anything. Had six more visits after that one and am not afraid anymore. Amazing !!
