I would travel any distance & adjust my busy schedule as needed, for an appointment with Dr. Lauren Adams. For two decades, she has been my dentist for general & cosmetic care: routine care, treating a cracked tooth, perio treatment, crowns, a night guard & teeth whitening. She’s taken care of all of that for me…& my children as well. I have always appreciated Dr. Adams’ wisdom & advice: When, I needed the services of an Endodontist or an Oral Surgeon, she referred me to the absolute best. She has the expertise, the experience, & outstanding network connections. Always a pleasant experience & good visit. She keeps her patients comfortable & at ease. I couldn’t imagine a better dentist than Dr. Lauren Adams. She is terrific. Her dental assistant Maria is outstanding. Awesome! Dr. Adams is THE Best!.
I never had to go back for followup or adjustment with Dr Blass, I have never seen such skilled work. So far he is the best dentist I ever worked with..
Doctor did not provide a treatment plan and would not submit a preauthorization to Delta. We have PPO/Premier insurance which pays 80% of a set amount, $193. We pay the remaining 20%. She charged us 50% of $426 claiming we may have a credit once she is paid but was not sure if Delta would pay what she thought they should. She also claimed she filled 5 surfaces of one tooth but only drilled one hole. Be aware of sketchy billing. Oh, if a dentist works alone there is a reason. .
I've been going to this office for four years now after I had a really bad experience with another dentist. Dr. Elhady and his staff made me feel comfortable and got my teeth back to a perfect state. Great staff, professional and very accommodating to my schedule..
Okay, so now I understand why they get such great reviews! The service is extraordinary! Front desk was super friendly and helpful. This was my first visit and every person greets you with a smile. Megan gave me a tour of the office and a wonderful welcome gift. She spent time getting to know me, answering questions and making recommendations to improve my dental health. She's a gem. Cleaning and exam was great and Dr. Elhady is really nice! I was skeptical about all the rave reviews but there is a reason people take a minute to give feedback. It's over and above anything you would expect! I'm a fan for life and I highly recommend! This is a 6-star practice! Okay, so now I understand why they get such great reviews!
