As someone with an intense fear of dentists, both Courtney and Dr. Akbar were able to put me at ease. They were kind, funny, and professional. After the Xrays and Dr. Akbar's examination he verified that I have numerous dental needs, but then said the most important thing a patient can hear. "The 1st thing we want to focus on is to fix what is causing you so much pain." I needed a referral to an Endodontist and Courtney spent significant time and effort in locating one that would accept my insurance and getting an appointment within 2 days!.
This Dentist has no integrity and no desire to provide dental service to the community; this office represents dentistry at its very worst, I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone! Went in for a cleaning today and was asked if it was ok to pay out of pocket for x-rays, I declined having never had to pay for x-rays before. Hygienist said she asked dentist if it was ok to contact my prior dentist for my x-rays. Dentist said he could perform a different x-ray that was covered by insurance and then would perform a cleaning. After the x-ray was taken the Dentist went back on his word LIED to me and said if I would not agree to have additional x-rays, not covered by insurance, he would refuse to clean my teeth. Both myself and wife decided to no longer use this Dentist after my visit today. Reported complaint to Delta Dental regarding taking an X-ray and then refusing to clean teeth. Also filed a complaint with DSPS for refusing to provide service..
I have been a patient of Dr Hartman since 1996. Dr Tolzman and the new office are icing on the cake. What a fantastic experience. Excellent, fair, compassionate doctors and friendly staff. They make a dental visit a wonderful experience! You will not be disappointed! Thank you doctors and staff for all the years of top-notch care for me and my girls!.
Dr. Czerniak was a tremendous help in my time of need. I had extreme tooth/gum pain that didn't allow me to sleep. After two visits with Dr. Czerniak she was able to fix the issues I was having and I haven't had any issues since. I would highly recommend her as she is a very caring dentist that displays an incredible amount of professionalism..
So far so good , but waiting time is ridiculous. 9:30 am appointment, now it's 10:06 am still waiting ????. My babysitter will go nuts ..
My experience with Aspen Dental was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my 30years of life! I have been looking for a dentist for 8months a place I could go to not be afaird and that’s not going to cost me in arm and a leg! Well yesterday I had called them and they got me in same day and took GREAT care of me and to make sure I was comfortable and not nervous. I had spoken to Claire she was very caring of what I needed and definitely made me feel better about the cost of dental work, she worked with me! I will be back monthly for my dental work! Thank you Aspen Dental for making me feel better! ????????.
