His office was always a chop-shop for teeth; get as many in as possible-- walls give patient privacy but removed to cut down on time staff would have to walk around + can squeeze in more chairs in the office space thus more patients and what really matters, $$$! Assembly-line atmosphere, but did their job of straitening teeth. Now, it is so much worse with them opening offices left and right. When an entity gets so big, so quickly then quality suffers. They have to fill in staff with inexperienced techs and surely, mediocre young drs. The tech who worked on my son this last time, was obviously in training, asking other tech questions and having her work approved before proceeding. It took an hour and a half for what was supposed to be a 30 min adjustment, all the while my son is in tears because he has a phobia about getting his teeth worked on (which I've made known, should be noted in his chart, not used as a trainee's guinea pig). This place has become a serious MONEY GRAB!.
will not recommed. We were SCAMMED $300.00. Because they didn't run our insurance..

Highly Recommended I took my son here. He was scared by another dental experience and was very hesitant to go in. But the hygienist made him feel totally comfortable and worked around his fears every step of the way. She allowed him to get ex-rays in a machine that moved around him so he wouldn't have to bite down on the films. She let him choose whenever there were options. The doctor was extremely gentle and caring. He wasn't just there to do his job, he really cared on me and my son felt. They could not have done anything better! PROS: Extremely caring and patient-conscious. CONS:.
We always have a great experience with Dr. Chen and his staff. My toddler is deaf and not very easy to handle and he does so well with communicating with her and influencing her to follow directions. My kids don’t ever feel scared when they have dentist appointments. Big plus!.
The best dentist I' ve. I did not feel pain in the whole process. I recommend it hundred percent. Friendly, careful and honest. I would not go to another dentist..
