Conservative in doing dental work. He does not recommend doing anything unless necessary unlike other dentists who want to do expensive procedures that you do not need. He does great work and guarantees fillings and crowns for five years!.

Went to this dentist for some serious teeth cleaning for my wife. They were great initially, sat down explained how much the cost was, what to expect, even some great dental education, at that point i had no problem shelling out over $350 with (Delta Dental Ins) for my wifes teeth to be deep cleaned. The problem came with we were told that my $350 included a follow up. Now we were told this not once (inital visit), not twice (first payment of $230) .... but three times (second payment $120) that what I paid included the follow up visit...now they are telling me that it wasn't included!! The dentist was fine/in fact excellant....the staff was friendly, until they want you to pay for their mistake, I'm not trying to sound like I want to get free service, but if your promised something more than once, and that place of business than backpeddles on the exact promise....what is the right thing to do? Should I have to pay for that? because they couldn't bill my insurance right (yes that was an excuse that was given to me, the rest was out right denial of this 'promise') We'll since this place of business and I are at a deadlock on this bill. I will have to say what needs to be said. Since this has gone on for over a year of backpeddling promises and lies. I will continue to post this over the internet until either my bill is paid (yes, my phone# is the same) by this business or we reach a deal. It is absolutly abismal that a medical place of business should over charge, and/or lie about their prices. They should be held accountable for their practices, and what they have done to me and my wife is unaccepable. .
