I made an appointment for my daughter and we verified my insurance on the phone as well. I had a knee surgery a week prior, so it is a struggle to get my daughter and my one year old son there. When we checked in, after about 5 minutes the secretary told me that they did not actually take my insurance and she was so sorry. She was the one who told me on the phone it was accepted and she said sorry for her mistake and if I did want to see the dentist it would be $129.00. Really?!?! Dr. Patel is always very pleasant and takes the time to give the best care possible.. Her office staff is always very friendly and they all work hard to accommodate your schedules which is wonderful. Always excellent service!!.
