Awesome Doc. Excellent teacher, office staff and doctor are friendly and efficient..
This practice is not about pain-free service. Every time I went in, I came out with an injury and pain. 1 out of 4 times was I given anything for pain. The pattern to me was, if your appointment is late in the day then preventative pain practices takes too long and makes the staff late for leaving work so no pain medication equates to no wait which in turn lets them out the door on time. I've never experienced so much pain at a dentists office in my whole life; and I never will again..
Dr. Flouras has taken care of me and my children. She is very good at what she does and explains everything well to me and my children. She has even taken the time to call me after hours to check on me when I had an abscess that was in extreme pain. She puts my children at ease and ensures that they were completely numb prior to performing procedures on them. Ultimately all I can say about Dr. Flouras is I just love her..
Love this place.
The office staff here is EVERYTHING! They are the most kind, thorough, intelligent, and attentive dental practice I have ever been to, and I can’t say enough! Penny, Victoria, Samantha, Kyle, and of course Dr. Jimenez have gone above and beyond for me and my family and I will forever be grateful! I HIGHLY recommend you give this office a shot, you won’t regret it. 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG! .
Very clean office, short wait time, prompt appointment scheduling. However, make sure to ask for prices up front before continuing with procedure. Overall I think he is a great dentist but a bit pricey. If I had known upfront a root canal would have been over a couple thousand dollars with insurance I would have opted to just had the tooth removed, which would have been around $200. I am currently divorced, living on my own, and making minimum wage so the cost of this root canal is literally 1/6th of my yearly salary. I am still paying it off and having been paying it off for almost a year now. With all the other medical and living bills I have it has honestly taken a lot out of me trying to keep up..
