I came in to have a cap put on a tooth, but while speaking with Dr. Efron I mentioned I may want to pursue an implant on the tooth behind it. Dr. Hofer came in soon after and advised me he could not only extract the tooth but insert the implant the same day. Minutes later he was working on my extraction. I was amazed at how he was able to numb the area enough that I essentially only felt pressure in the area. He does wonderful work, and I would recommend him to anyone....
I have been seeing a dentist for almost 20 years so that I was very hesitant to switch to another one (distance problems). After much research I, together with my wife, decided to try Dr. Ekstein. We are glad with our choice. I feel I am being listened to, he is patient and thorough. I found him thoughtful in explaining and in offering solutions. The hygienists are also thorough and like the office staff smiling and inviting. I had an experience, quite a rare these days: fairness in charging me for a certain service without being asked for. So adding all the above, the professionalism, honesty and excellent customer service, no wonder that we do smile visiting Dr. Ekstein's dental practice..
Horrible work done on a simple cavity. I keep bitten myself every time I eat. The office was OVERPAID and never sent a REFUND. I request a refund which I have not receive it yet. Will NEVER go back and will share my experience will the world ...
