Dr. Ricci has been my dentist since 2009, and he's the best dentist I've ever found. His skills, experience, and concern for his patients' well-being are unmatched. He always makes you feel as though you are his only patient, and really takes the time to get to know you. In addition, his entire team are simply fabulous in every respect. Dr. Ricci actually makes you look forward to 'going to the dentist.' .
Dr. Ricci was patient, explained everything that he was going to do. I had an amazing cleaning, learned about his travels and received a great goodie bag. .

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered..
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time.
