I have been a patient for about two years and have always had a great experience. When my previous dentist retired I was hesitant to try someone new but glad I did. The entire staff very professional and non judgemental. When I was going through a recent health scare they were very understanding of my rescheduling multiple times.They are also always upfront about fees and understanding about staggering treatment if necessary. Not that I need much work.Appointments begin and end promply on time..
Absolutely AMAZING! Dr. Michael Betors is the best, very personable, smart, kind and just a sweetie! The staff here are excellent and prompt. I wish I needed more work just to go and socialize. Oh I had a cosmetic procedure done and I am overly pleased with his work, the results are phenomenal absolutely flawless! ??.
This was sent to office.. Dr. Betor suggested I had x-rays and a cleaning before I had my teeth whitened. I expressed my concerns with my coverage thur my dental insurance.He an employee call my insurance to get approval before the x-rays and cleaning took place. I remained in the dental chair for 10-15 min. before he returned and assured me my dental insurance approved.I clarified this a year ago & was told it was solved. A year later, I receive a letter saying my insurance did not coverage.
