Not sure what kinda issues the other people that had bad reviews had but I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Henao. Excellent service and very professional.
Stay AWAY from this dentist! I was told that I have 10 cavities and that I need a bite plate, all totaling over $1800!!! I traveled to a dentist that I trust to verify this, and he said that my teeth are perfectly fine. Henao Dental Group will needlessly drill away at your teeth just to charge you. AVOID it like the PLAGUE!!! In addition, I have called four times to get the x-rays that I paid for, and they refuse to do that..

Our family recently switched over from a local dentist in Santa Clarita to Dr. Sun in Newhall and what can I say, the experience was excellent! My three children (1 boy 2 girls) usually despise dental visitations but Dr. Sun has changed all that. We took my youngest 10 yr old daughter to Dr. Sun's because she was highly recommended by a close friend of ours. So I went in for a visit with my daughter to have both her and my cavities patched and lo and behold, the most painless, gentle, and caring dentist I've ever experienced. I was so surprised by her dexterity that I didn't even notice when she had applied the anesthetic (with the syringe). The same was true for my daughter, who didn't believe me when I told her the anesthetic was completely painless. Dr. Sun was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process, tending to my daughter's every need. Upon leaving Dr. Sun's office my daughter requested specifically to see Dr. Sun for future dental visits saying this had been the first time she never felt the needle. I was so satisfied with my visit that I now have both my older childrens' braces done by Dr. sun. Its a shame a dentist with such gifted skill has so little publicity. Our family highly recommends Dr. Sun and her services..

Stay Away from this place! It is the most unprofessional Dental practice, with the worst customer service ever! I have taken my daughter's friend, Liz to her orthodontic appointment twice now, and both times we have waited more then an hour, to see her orthodontist, Oh and I should add that their waiting room felt like I was at the DMV. A real cold and uncomfortable place. What really boggled my mind was when Liz's orthodontist removed her braces they were unable to locate her top retainer, so they told her to not eat any hard food, and scheduled an appointment for a week later. I drove Liz to her appointment and again after waiting more then an hour they called her in and again were unable to locate her retainer. Western Dental Office Manager, Alma told us that the lab didn't send the retainer the day before and that they would have to schedule another appointment to get her retainer. It has been more then a week since her braces were removed and still no retainer, and it appears it will be another week before she'll have one. While scheduling her next appointment the Office Manager, Alma had no sympathy whatsoever. It honestly appeared to me that this sort of thing happens all the time. I feel real bad for Liz having to go through all this nonsense. However, I am totally relieved I didn't choose Western Dental for my children's orthodontic care..
