I have had an issue with billing and have attempted to resolve, but was left with no options. Was told the estimate you are given does not really mean anything and they do not know what the insurance will pay for. When I left their office three months ago I paid what they said I owed, but now because the insurance paid less I get the bill. Most of us must watch how much we spend on dental per year because of the Cap. Do not trust what they tell you. This not the only time they have done this .
His office is very welcoming. He and his staff are great! If I have dental emergencies they are always very accommodating..
They were great with my 4 year old and 6 year old, and great with me too :).
I highly recommend Dr. Jensen at Midwest Dental. I've been seeing him for over a year and the care is excellent! Great dentist, friendly staff, and they keep me comfortable during procedures. Love these guys!.
