In 28 years, I have never had a cavity. I brush and floss religiously. Dr. Greg Stoici told me I had 4 cavities. I went to Smile Design because I got new insurance, which had a limited amount of dentists to choose from. I felt very skeptical and uncomfortable with Dr. Stoici's approach and also was misinformed, as I had scheduled a cleaning, and then the receptionist was trying to sell me all sorts of other visits. Very misleading. I decided to just pay out of pocket and visit my usual dentist.
DO NOT go to the dentist office at 4754 Rowan Rd in NPR. I went in for an appt today, and not only did the dentist have me crying in the chair from digging so hard and far into my teeth, BUT HE NEVER STOPPED! He literally watched me cry from severe pain and kept going. The tech split my lip open and made my gums bleed, told me they'd do a cleaning and then decided not to, and the dentist never once made eye contact with me. When I asked a question, he couldn't bother to look me in the eyes..
By far "The WORST" ever experience I have had with a Dentist and I would definitely not recommend Dr. McCaslin or her services to anyone..
I hate going to the dentist and put it off for so long! The staff at New Port Richey Dental made me really comfortable and now I don't mind going!.
The equipment was updated but I felt that the Dentist offered services I did not need mostly cosmetic dentistry I'm not sure I will go back.
