$$$$$ Extremely overpriced and non transparent $$$$$ I spoke with the secretary 3 times before my appointment. There was never any mention they did not take insurance and the expectation is to pay upfront. I mentioned several times that I had dental insurance, she did NOT say a word. It's a little scam they have going on there. $400 for a 30 minute consultation?? avoid avoid avoid.
We travel over an hour to see Dr. Sedore. He has been our family dentist for over a decade. He is always willing to answer your questions and always treats you with respect and kindness. Highly recommend!.
Dr. Sedor is a rare dentist amongst his colleagues. He is fantastic with kids, always checks for oral cancers and explains what he is doing. Like any other Doctor, Dr. Sedor knows his own patients teeth because he examines and cleans them himself! He is an excellent preventative dentist..
I was real hesitant in going to see Dr. Ogan after being a longtime patient of the previous dentist (since 2007). Well, was I wrong. She is such a nice, friendly, caring doctor, who makes you feel very comfortable when you are there. I'm not a neddle person (who is) but she talks you through it, makes you feel comfortable and makes it painless. I think she is a great dentist. I also have to give props to her staff, they all mesh well together, which makes it a very friendly and welcoming environment. I give them A+ P.S. the new decor looks awesome. Elena makes the dentist experience the best I ever had. She explains everything she's going to do thoroughly, and even calls you the next day to see how you feel! I would recommend her 100?.
I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Ogen and her staff! The renovations to the entire office give it a very warm, clean and welcoming appearance. The staff is always friendly and helpful and my time spent in the waiting room has been very minimal unlike most of my other doctors visits. My hygienist, Victoria, has been very friendly and professional as well as very gentle. Dr. Ogen has taken time explaining the results of my X-rays and her examinations thoroughly, making my time there feel very personalized and not like just a part of her workday. It is this warm personal/professional manner that is so important to dental patients familiar with this practice over the years which I can happily say is being continued into the future with Dr. Ogen.
