Excellent front desk receptionist experience, excellent x-ray tech who is very friendly and very professional. He exhibited true caring when placing the negatives that I was clamping down on. Very informative, thorough, and professional hygienist. She too was equally as caring. Dentist was knowledgeable and friendly . Very professional. The billing person – a slate day she was helpful with her instrument and trying to find the discount dental company I was with. She seem to go out of her way. I couldn't give her the correct discount plan which was vital one underage dent dental met plan. The cost was was double the price at west point modern dentistry and the only reason I will be using West Point modern dentistry instead of Aspen. Very nice experience though..
I have never liked my smile or having my teeth worked on at all. I have put it off for many years and in so hiding my smile. My wife, made me take this road to better myself when we got together. She started using Aspen and gave me her word that I would love my out come. She was right!! The staff is very friendly and will do everything in their power to make sure you walk out with a smile; even if your face is numb. I got dentures and what a fit. They told me ahead of time e... See More verything that I would need to expect so there were no surprises at all during the process. The surprise was at the end, when I got my final set. They fit so well I didn't need an adhesive. I had to work to get them lose from their own suction!!! I am so thankful for the work I received from Aspen! It is a wonderful thing to smile again and not feel that you need to hide..
Very friendly and helpful. I am very afraid of dentist or going, but really need to go so I called them was able to get me in. I explain my past and why I don’t like going to dentist. They understood that I was scared and stress being there. So dentist talked to me and work with me and didn’t rush and I was able to relax and get work done I needed. Going back to get rest done with no worries..
