My family has been going to Dr. Marvin's office for years. I dropped one dental insurance company when I retied and that's where the problem began. Frustrating I know but when I said I had exhausted all options on my end and that It was above my pay grade : meaning I am not the office manager and don't have the experience necessary to deal with insurance companies; I was told to go F..... Myself and was hung up on by Cathy. She called back to ask that we start over but I find her behavior abhorrent and I will never ever step foot in that office again. You know when they say this call could be monitored???? I hope it was!!! 4/23/2021.
Always in a rush. The quality of work is not great. The older Dr. Marvin was the BEST! I'm happy for his retirement, too bad for us. It's a business, not patient care..
The Staff is ignorant! And the Dentist is nasty and rude! And he will mess your teeth up! The so called Dentist is a hack please Stay away! If you want nice teeth!.

afraid of dentists... maybe you have had a bad experience in the past... get back on track! YOUR "SMILE" is the first thing people notice on meeting you!!! Sooo don't put your check-up off any longer!!! You will never meet a more professional, comforting, & compassionate practice until you visit Dr. McNerney and his team at Smile & Implant Center of Rockland. Fantastic if you are planning on introducing the little one's to their first experience... Dr. Jim will, with pleasure, introduce tools and procedures and make it an adventure rather than a nightmare!! He is a father, & with his wife Patty, have four children. Even a dentist's family need professionals. Three at of four have had braces!!! Finally...if not for anything else...the health of your teeth and mouth could potentially be the first indication of further health problems. Regular check-ups, every six months, ultimately will spare you of major, more expensive, & possibly life threatening diseases!!!.
