Dr Massad is an amazing dentist! He is very sweet and kind! His work is wonderful. The whole office staff have always been so helpful, sweet and very accommodating!!!!.
I can't get used to the fact that the dentist doesn't examine you unless you specifically request it. You get your teeth cleaned, the hygienist doesn't even manually check each tooth surface, and you get a bill for an exam. The building is clean and the equipment is pretty, but you feel like a cash cow that doesn't get what you pay for. I also had a horrific experience with a bill that did not get sent over to my insurance properly and resulted in 6 months of impolite phone calls..
