Dr. Patel is very professional & friendly (has a great chair-side manner). I've been seen by him for a few years now & he is always good to explain, listen & provide viable options as my middle-aged teeth experience new needs & modification (fillings, caps, root canal, etc...). Some of his hygienists are also exceptional..
This place is just amazing. I have been to three dentists in my life...everyone always talks about how much they hate going to the dentist, but going here....
I went to get my tooth pulled and i was scared when he put the novican on i told randall that i could still fell the pain this happed befor when i was geting my filling i could still feel it when he drilled it so whan i said i felt it he said i was lieing so he shot more medisein in he had a air tube that was down my throught it was chokeing me i told randall to let me breath but he didnt let me and then i maneged to get up he tryed to put me back down but then i yelled LET ME TALK then he said to my mom she had to get out because i wasnt coraporateing i was just scared. Then he pushed me down and ripped the tooth out then we left i forgot the tooth we went back in to get it the helper gave it to us then my mom said can we have some galls she handed it to us my mom said thank you the helper said nothing then we left and we wont be comming back ever..

My appointment is always prompt when I arrive! I never sit more than a minute in the waiting room. Dr. Bender and staff are friendly and efficient..
