For years I dreaded going to the dentist, since I have been seeing Dr. Herres and his team they have made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Herres explains everything in a way I can understand and I know exactly what to expect. Each visit I have had has been very pleasant..
I recently moved to this area and alot of people recommended this dr. Im glad they did! He and his office staff are VERY professional and polite. 5 stars across the board. They are GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!.
RUN AWAY FAST FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE and FIND SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE THIS OFFICE PRACTICES BAIT AND SWITCH. I have never had such a bad experience in the 50 years I have been going to the dentist. I have always asked and been told what to expect my out of pocket expenses on a procedure to be BEFORE it occurred and this time was no different. But here the person who is supposed to be doing the insurance coordination refuses to do her job and says it is your responsibility to figure it out. Which if fine if they tell you that the things that are being done to you ahead of time and that they are NOT covered even though he is supposed to be a participating dentist. You will be charged for things that you were never told there would be a charge for even though they know MOST plans do not cover them. Dr. Herres has taken no responsibility for this situation even though only HE knew what he was doing in my mouth. He may be slick with the technology, but he is not running a customer oriented operation. One time I went in there to have a certain thing done and unbeknownst to me HE unilaterally decided something else was being done--so how would my checking the insurance have worked out that time ladies?? I think he is too used to working on a captive audience who paid for nothing (the Navy) and he has not transitioned well to civilian life! These same women have said repeatedly this it is very difficult to get any answers out of the insurance companies-- I called from my cell phone while in their office and had an answer in 90 seconds. They do not want to know because they do not want to tell you so you do not go somewhere else. It has been nothing but gotcha moments since I switched to him but you can be sure I will never go back nor will anyone else I can talk to about them..
