I heard great things about this practice but couldn't even get in the chair. I had a cleaning/checkup scheduled 4 months in advance. I was changing dentists and was really looking forward to going to this practice for YEARS. I showed up for my appointment, and was told that they can't see me because a hygienist is out sick and that I would have to reschedule - even though there were two other people in the waiting room. They called my home less than 6 hours in advance to try to reschedule while I was at work. Things happen, however, patients should not be inconvenienced (with short notice) due to staffing issues. If this is any indication as to how this practice operates, I am glad that this happened now and not when I have a dental emergency. This was my first and last appointment with this practice. I've been going here ever since Glen Featherman packed his practice up and left town, and I think everyone is great. Both dentists and their whole staff are very personable and good at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a switch..
Irresponsible billing staff. Make sure you verify with your insurance company itself that they will cover this office. The billing staff here will lie and will not check to ensure that you are until the end of all treatment..
