Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Yooson Kim, DMD

In short, the dental assistants are rude and would rather talk about their personal life with each other than pay attention to what they are doing. I had an old filling removed and filled with silver when I specifically asked for white. On top of this I was charged for a white filling because that is what was written on my chart, which is much more expensive than a plain silver filling. ON TOP OF THAT, the filling is bothering me and the dental assistant did nothing when I told her this. .

I visited Dr. Yooson's office yesterday with a broken tooth. The professional staff saw me quickly. Then they took their time to assess the situation and gave me all the options and information possible. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. Their office is state of the art and the staff could not have been better. I have been to dentists all over the world and this office is top notch. I even received a call today to check my status..

In my opinion this is a completely unprofessional office. Between the dentist and her receptionist they were unable to give me even a basic description of a dental bridge procedure. And now I live everyday of my life with a large painful dental bridge stuck in my mouth! I had other teeth that needed immediate attention that were completely ignored.I think it is the job of the dentist to inform, the AMA calls this informed consent. She had a receptionist give me a vague description over the phone! I will never forgive myself for going to this dentist.
