I called they got me right in for a cleaning I had my 8 week old baby with me they were very patient with myself and my baby as she was fussy I was really impressed with how friendly they were! It is very hard to keep appointments with a infant and nursing when I am trying to get her on a schedule and offices being patient glad I found that here! And my teeth feel wonderful! :).
LOVE Dr. Kidd and his staff. My kids wouldn't want to go anywhere else, because they love them too!! So glad we now have the convenience of pediatric dentistry in our area!.

They called on Friday to confirm an appointment for Monday at 9 a.m. I let them know we had a conflict but to keep the appointment, because the next available spot they had was five weeks later, so I would move around the other appointment. Came in and they had canceled the appointment and it was already filled. They are trying to squeeze us in an hour after the original appointment so now the toddler, baby and I are sitting in the waiting area for at least an hour. The dentist we saw last time was great (he's the reason there are even two stars on this review). But when the office staff are the ones you mostly deal with and they are so difficult, it makes it hard to want to keep bringing them our business..
