At my first visit Sonia put a dental crown, but the crown cracked right in the office.Horrible experience. Then 3 weeks later i came back again and the Sonya was trying to put the crown again, but it didn't fit, and she started to file down the other teeth so it would fit and then Sonya realized that it was some other patient's crown. Can you imagine that ? Horrible and heartbreaking experience. Pain and suffering just can't be described here. She also overcharged me for the work..
I've been going to Dr. Vulakh for years. Nice knowledgable dentist and the office is clean and inviting..
I feel like we have been shaken down to collect our outstanding invoices. We got a call giving us 2 days notice to pay. We would have paid immediately but Dr's office would not take Care credit over phone. When I went to office the following Monday, we were already sent to their attorney who wanted a separate fee. We are now going to court and they are trying to garnish our salary. This is over $800.00. My family spent over 8000 at this doctor in the past 2 years. Not sure if this is due to poor.
Dr .Lee is very courteous and professional. Never been more comfortable at a dentist’s before !! Nice new office and customer oriented staff . Doesn’t get any better then this �.

I met with Dr. Kiwon Lee for cleaning and consultation. Dr. Lee was thorough and gentle. After listening to my concerns he went out of his way to carefully explain his evaluation as well as possible treatment plan options for the future. (not pushy in any way). I am a very happy patient. I found my dental group and will highly recommend Bear Brook to my family and friends!!.
