Oh my, what a terrible experience. It feels like you’re at a used car lot as they pressure you to do everything. They are quite rough with your child.. I didn’t realize it until after I was there but they are not specialists of pediatric dentistry. Believe me, to across the street to My Pediatric Dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Bloss since she took over the practice from Dr. Lindsay. Unfortunately, although the dentistry has been satisfactory, the front office staff in recent years, although pleasant, has bordered on incompetant. Insurance claims have been misplaced, filed incompletely or not at All! It shouldn't take more than 4 months to get reimbursed! Getting reimbursed has become such a hassle, that I have finally decided to switch dentists..
This place never ceases to amaze me, I broke a tooth over a year ago and they were able to get me in that day and fix it that day. This time I had to have an extraction as well as other dental work done so I chose sedation. The staff was amazing at making me feel at ease and even thought of even the small things like a blanket to keep me warm. I have never worked with a professional office that handles business as professionally as these guys do. From start to finish the details of my visits and everything were clear and concise. Kudos to this place and their staff, I know I will recommend them to anyone who asks me for a great dental office..
I see Dr.Reardon and I love him. I received a call from school that my 7 1/2 year old daughter had a severely swollen gum and was in pain. My daughter normally sees Dr.Tippits (a pediatric dentist). His office was closed so I called Black Canyon Dental and they were able to fit me in with Dr.Poe. Dr.Poe was wonderful with my daughter. If a tooth extraction could ever be considered a pleasant experience, this was it! Thank you again to Dr.Poe and the wonderful staff at Black Canyon Dental!.
Black Canyon Dental deserves a huge shout out for their customer service! They are always so friendly and accomodating and genuinely care about their patients.
