Dr. Satow is the perfect dentist for our family. My husband is his patient for over 30 years and he has treated myself and kids for nearly 20. In fact he was our hero, saving my children from unnecessary aggressive pediatric dentistry! He is not aggressive in his approach to dental care and we appreciate this!! He is very accommodating, professional and knows his business. He is a perfect dentist! I would also say that I read a previous review that suggested that Dr. Satow had purposefully misdiagnosed them in order to milk their insurance company. This is absurd and should be disregarded! This is the complete opposite of Dr. Satow's character and the history of his practice. Shame on that person..
HORRIBLE! My daughter had 2 crowns placed by Dr. Kroll 2 years ago, and I just paid $2400 to have them replaced in another dental office. The crowns were cracked, had overhangs and defective. Do not go here..
I contacted him by phone and also went into his office at least three times complaining of pain. The first visit he said nothing was wrong. The second visit he took an x-ray, and said nothing was wrong. The third visit he informed me that I needed to lose the tooth. All of this within about a three month period. I consulted two other dentists, Who informed me that I had a severe infection and bone loss, and a similar potential issue with several other teeth! Thanks for ripping off my insurance..

Just as important the attending dentist, Dr. Lehr , provided individualized attention and seemed very attuned to my apprehension regarding my impending extraction and was able to allay my anxiety. I am a long time patient of Dr. Falkel. As I am very much a senior, I have had many dentists over a long time. Without hesitation, Dr. Falkel is the best I've ever had, by far, period. Also, his entire staff is the very professional and the whole office is the most cordial I've ever encountered. I highly recommend Dr. Falkel and his staff to anyone who needs dental work.
