My appointment was for a Saturday, and I had an allergic reaction to one of the medications I was given immediately after leaving office - their office was called from the hospital repeatedly with NO ANSWER. We were appalled that we received absolutely NO CALL BACK. My husband had to call and express his disgust the following week - that's the only time he spoke with someone from the office after the allergic reaction. Unprofessional & highly disappointing..
